 250 Ricotta
 3 Large eggs
 200 Flour
 250 Marinated Peppers
 80 Black olives
 1 Yeast
 Salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the cooked peppers into strips, pit the olives and cut them in half.

In a mixing bowl, loosen the ricotta, add the eggs and mix. Incorporate the flour with the baking powder, salt, and pepper. When the mixture is well combined, add the bell peppers and black olives.

Finally, transfer to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 40 minutes. Remove, unmold onto a rack, and let cool.
