A rice pudding recipe.
Place the whole fruits directly in the pot with 20 cl of water. Start the pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes.
Let the clementines cool for a few minutes and chop them with the skin. Remove the seeds if there are any.
Set the appliance to the browning mode. Place 100 ml of water, the pieces of clementine, and the brown sugar in the bowl as it preheats. Add 2 tablespoons of water at the start of the program and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend and place in jars in the refrigerator.
Place the milk, rice, sugar, and vanilla in the cooker and mix. Set the pressure mode for 11 minutes.
Finish by browning for about the duration of the preheating to thicken the rice. Mix and serve with 1 tablespoon of marmalade.
