 4 red tuna approximately 200 g piece
 8 cherry tomatoes
 2 capers
 2 white onions
 4 young organic zucchinis
 4 torino tomatoes
 6 organic olive oil
 1 organic lemon juice
 1 Provence herbs
 Espelette pepper
 salt pepper

In a shallow dish, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili powder. Place the tuna steaks in this marinade, coating them well. Slice the cherry tomatoes and mix them into the marinade. Add the capers. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel the onions and slice them into rounds. Wash and seed the bell peppers, then cut them into strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices lengthwise. Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices.

Heat the griddle. Oil it and place the vegetables on it. Cover and cook, turning them several times. Sear the slices of tuna for 3 minutes on each side.
