 200 Red lentils
 400 Tomato purée
 2 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 Olive oil
 Turmeric
 1 Vegetable broth
 Parsley
 Salt

Peel the onions and slice them. Peel the clove of garlic and chop it.

In a large pot, heat some oil. Add onions and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes until the onions become translucent. Then add the tomato puree with its juice, red lentils, a little turmeric, and salt. Add vegetable broth, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes until the lentils are cooked.

Blend the lentil mixture, adjust the seasoning with salt, and add pepper, parsley, and turmeric to your taste.
