Ingredients
 600 mixed red fruits sour cherries blackberries raspberries currants blueberries
 3 Whole egg
 130 Powdered sugar
 20 Vanilla sugar
 40 Flour
 30 Cornstarch
 50 Ground almond
 50 almond milk
 20 butter for the mold
 powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter a baking dish suitable for the oven and line it with vanilla sugar. Spread the red fruits in the dish.

Whisk the whole eggs with the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the flour, cornstarch, ground almonds, and almond milk, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.

Pour the batter over the red fruits. Slide the dessert into the oven for about 35 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pan).
