Recipe for Raw Fish in the Tahitian Style

Ingredients
 500 Tuna fillet.
 4 Lime
 2 Tomato
 ¼ Cucumber
 1 Carrot
 ½ Bell pepper
 3 cloves Garlic
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Coconut milk
Directions

Cut the fish into cubes or slices. Place them in a large bowl, then marinate them in salted water and refrigerate.

Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion into cubes or slices. Mince the garlic, grate the carrot and the bell pepper. Squeeze the 4 limes, removing the seeds.

Remove the tuna from the refrigerator and drain it, add lemon juice, onion, garlic, (salt and pepper if needed) and mix for 1 hour. Add the raw vegetables, the egg, and check the seasoning.

Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.

To finish, serve chilled drizzled with coconut milk and sprinkle with green onions for decoration.
