Today I propose a raspberry clafoutis. A simple, easy, and quick dessert to prepare, within everyone's reach. It is light and fruity, with a very soft texture. A pure delight! Perfect for ending a meal beautifully.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, conventional heat.
Prepare the pan. Grease a round pan with a 26 cm diameter. Add the raspberries and spread them evenly.
Prepare the batter In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the flour and mix again until you achieve a smooth mixture. Gradually incorporate the cream, followed by the milk. The batter is liquid, similar to pancake batter, which is normal. Pour evenly over the raspberries.
Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is cooked.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar before serving, warm or at room temperature.
