An ultra indulgent recipe for pizza with raclette cheese and potatoes.

 4 Thick sour cream
 100 Smoked matchstick bacon
 200 Sliced Valais raclette cheese
 35 Butter
 6 Potato
 2 Onion
 3 Olive oil
 1 Flour for the work surface
 Salt
 Pepper
 Nuts (optional)
Directions

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Wash them well and dry them in a cloth. Set aside.

Peel and chop the onions. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the onions. When they are golden, remove them from the skillet and sauté the bacon. Set aside.

Remove the fat from the pan and wipe it with paper towels. Put it back on the heat.

Melt the butter with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the potato slices. Sauté them over high heat until they are golden.

Add the bacon and onions back in, reduce the heat to low, season with salt and pepper, mix, and cover. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preheat the oven to 240 °C (th. 7-8). Roll out the 2 dough pieces on a floured work surface.

Spread 2 tablespoons of cream per pizza, then distribute the potato-onion-bacon topping and add the slices of raclette cheese.

Slide the pizzas onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.

To finish, serve as soon as it comes out of the oven and sprinkle with some nuts if desired.
