 1 Pink Lady Apple
 100 Quinoa
 250 Hazelnut milk
 1 Coconut oil
 2 Coconut sugar
 1 Chopped hazelnuts
 2 Whole almond puree
 1 pinch Salt flower
Directions

Place the quinoa, hazelnut milk, and fleur de sel in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let cook for 12 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, chop the apple into small cubes and roast it in a pan with coconut oil and coconut sugar. Allow to caramelize for a few minutes.

In another pan, roast the hazelnuts, then chop them coarsely.

To finish, serve the porridge with apples, crushed hazelnuts, and whole almond puree.
