Peel the garlic clove and chop it.
In a pan, add olive oil, garlic, curry, chili, and salt. Add the pumpkin, nuts, and chickpeas. Let cook until the pumpkin is tender. Add the bulgur, pepper, and let simmer on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
To finish, serve on the pancake, fold the edges... and serve hot with some herbs on top.
