Ingredients
 3 split peas
 1 1 kg pumpkin
 1 Potato
 Salt
 Some croutons
  mild chorizo

Soak the split peas for 2 or 3 hours in hot water. Soak the squash for 5 minutes in boiling water to make it easier to peel.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Peel the potato and cut it into 3 or 4 pieces. Put all the vegetables in a large pot, cover with water, add the cube, and salt to taste.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, then turn off the heat. Blend. Cut the sausage into cubes and sauté it in a dry pan.

To finish, serve immediately while hot with croutons and diced sausage.
