An appetizer recipe.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before starting the preparation.
Roll out a dough with its parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread it with olive spread and cover with the second dough.
With the tip of a knife, draw a trunk at the base and a large triangle all the way up.
Remove the excess dough, then cut strips of about 2 cm to form the branches, making sure to keep the entire central part intact.
Then twist each of these strips. Brush the entire thing with a little rice drink.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The tree is ready when it is golden on top.
To finish, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Decorate with some chopped parsley, olives, or fresh cranberries.
