Ingredients
 1 Potato
 6 Small white onion
 Butter
 150 Bacon
 Vegetable broth
 Flour
 Herb bundle
 Bay leaf
 Salt
 Pepper
 3 Carrot
 Corn kernels (optional)

Peel, wash the potatoes, and cut them into pieces the size of a large walnut. Peel the small onions and carrots, then cut them into small pieces.

In a pot, heat the butter and brown the bacon and small onions. Remove them.

Pour the flour, let it brown while stirring with a wooden spatula, gradually moisten with hot broth, continuing to stir, lightly salt, pepper, add the bay leaf and the herb bouquet, and the bacon.

Put in the onions, carrots, and potatoes.

To finish, cover and cook on very low heat for one hour. Add the corn kernels if you like it.
