Broccoli is a food that provides you with vitamins and minerals. Combined in this salad with potatoes, nuts, and chickpeas, it's a health-boosting mix. Plus, this salad is very delicious.
Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Roughly chop the nuts. Rinse the chickpeas.
Cook the potato in water. When it is cooked, drain it and let it cool. Peel it and cut into thin slices.
Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 7/8 minutes. After cooking, rinse it immediately in very cold water to stop the cooking.
Prepare the dressing: walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
In a bowl, add sliced potatoes, broccoli, and cooked chickpeas. Pour the dressing on top, and finish with nuts. Mix well.
To finish, enjoy yourself.
