 500 Wheat flour
 350 Water
 30 Baker's yeast
 1 Salt

Preparation of the ingredients In the mixing bowl, add water and yeast, and set to 2 minutes at 37 °C on speed 2.

Then add the sifted flour and salt, and knead for 5 minutes using the dough hook on speed 1.

Let it rest in the bowl for a minimum of 1 hour.

Shaping Once the resting time is over, place the dough on a floured work surface and shape it into a ball. Place the ball in a pot and make slashes on the top of the dough with the tip of a knife. Brush with water.

Cooking Cover the pot with a lid and place it in a cold oven for 40 minutes at 240 °C. Enjoy cold.
