Discover this recipe for pot bread. You don't need many things to whip up a delicious homemade bread that you will love. Easy to make with few ingredients, this recipe will delight the whole family.
Preparation of the ingredients In the mixing bowl, add water and yeast, and set to 2 minutes at 37 °C on speed 2.
Then add the sifted flour and salt, and knead for 5 minutes using the dough hook on speed 1.
Let it rest in the bowl for a minimum of 1 hour.
Shaping Once the resting time is over, place the dough on a floured work surface and shape it into a ball. Place the ball in a pot and make slashes on the top of the dough with the tip of a knife. Brush with water.
Cooking Cover the pot with a lid and place it in a cold oven for 40 minutes at 240 °C. Enjoy cold.
