Pork allows for a variety of different dishes and pairs very well with sweet and savory combinations. This one will tantalize your taste buds... Take care of yourself and don't overlook simple yet flavorful meals; vary your pleasures!
Preheat the oven to 210°C (th 7). In a bowl, mix the apple jelly with the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and pork spices.
Trim the pork tenderloins by removing the white membrane. Pepper them, then brush them with a bit of apple jelly preparation. Lay the slices of bacon on the work surface in two rows, slightly overlapping them. Place one of the pork tenderloins in the center of the slices. Wrap the slices of bacon around it. Wrap the second tenderloin in the slices of smoked bacon.
Place the fillets in a greased dish, with slices of bacon underneath. Brush them with a bit of apple jelly mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing the fillets with the remaining apple jelly mixture.
To finish, remove the dish from the oven. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil, without tightening. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh or frozen peas. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
