Preheat the oven to 220°C. Peel the asparagus and cut off their ends. Cook the asparagus in a pot of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain them and set aside.
Finely slice the red onion, reserving a few whole rings. Mix the rest with the sour cream. Add salt and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the crème fraîche with onions over the surface. Arrange the asparagus and sliced onions on top. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
