 2 Montbéliard Sausage
 2 Parsnip
 4 Potato
 5 Sour cream
 10 Crushed pistachios
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 pinch Thyme

Preparation of the sausages. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Sauté in olive oil over high heat. Add the crushed pistachios.

Preparation of the vegetables Peel the parsnips and potatoes and cook them for 8 minutes in salted boiling water. Mash everything together with fresh cream.

Season with sprigs of thyme and serve with well-heated sausage slices.
