Today I’m offering you a light dish based on fish. If you don’t have fillets of perch, you can use cod or pollock instead.
Wipe the fish fillets to dry them.
Oil a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the fillets skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, prepare the marinade. Add all the ingredients and mix.
Pour the marinade over the fillets. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, depending on the time you have available.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (200°C for conventional heat).
Bake the fish and cook for 20 minutes.
To finish, serve immediately with white rice.
