A recipe for pear and spice (Vir)Gin tonic. A non-alcoholic cocktail to enjoy a friendly moment with ingredients you will love. But you can add 4cl of gin per glass.

 200 Sugar
 200 Water
 4 Pear
 1 clove Vanilla
 1 Cardamom pods
 2 sticks Cinnamon
 1 Lemon juice

Rinse the pears under clear water and cut them into pieces.

In a saucepan, pour in the water and sugar. Add the pears and spices, then bring to a boil. Cover the saucepan and let it steep for 20 minutes.

Bring the syrup back to a boil to reduce it by half. Let it cool, strain it, and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, place some ice cubes, add the gin, 100 ml of syrup, lemon juice, and mix well.

Finally, pour into the glasses and top with tonic. Enjoy without delay.
