For fruit lovers, these pear and chocolate pancakes will convince you.
Place all the ingredients for the pancake batter in a mixing bowl and blend with an immersion blender. You can also blend everything in a blender. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Cook the crepes one by one in a hot, lightly greased skillet. Wash and peel the pears. Remove the core and seeds. Cut the pears into pieces. Cook them in a saucepan with sugar over medium heat for about ten minutes. Cut the crepes in half.
Fold each half crepe in two to form a long rectangle. Place a generous teaspoon of pear compote at the bottom of each crepe rectangle. Fold the bottom of the crepe over the filling, forming a triangle. Then fold the triangle over itself several times until you obtain a samosa.
To finish, serve with a drizzle of chocolate spread!
