Add the flour, coconut, and baking powder. Mix with a spoon to obtain a thick and smooth dough.
Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make dough balls the size of a walnut. Flatten them slightly. If desired, add a bit of coconut and unsalted peanuts on top. Bake for about 11 minutes at 170°C.
