Ingredients
 100 Flour
 50 shredded coconut
 120 Peanut butter
 1 Egg
 125 organic brown sugar
 30 Soft semi-salted butter
 5 baking powder

In a mixing bowl, blend the sugar, the two butters (peanut and salted), and the egg with a mixer. Preheat your oven to 170°C.

Add the flour, coconut, and baking powder. Mix with a spoon to obtain a thick and smooth dough.

Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make dough balls the size of a walnut. Flatten them slightly. If desired, add a bit of coconut and unsalted peanuts on top. Bake for about 11 minutes at 170°C.

To finish, after baking, let the cookies cool on a rack.
