Ask a child what they want to eat, and there’s a good chance they will ask for pasta. So, to get them to eat vegetables, a healthy and balanced meal with pasta is a great option. This pasta dish features bell pepper, tuna, and fresh cheese to create a flavorful, healthy, and complete meal. The whole family will love it.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain it.
Peel the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Drain the tuna. Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Peel the garlic clove and mince it.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add shallots and garlic, then the bell pepper. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tuna and mix. Finish with the goat cheese, which will create a slightly creamy sauce.
Add the pasta and let it cook over very low heat for 2-3 minutes, so that the pasta absorbs the flavors of the pepper, tuna, and cheese.
To finish, serve hot, why not with a dollop of goat cheese on top.
