 300 Whipped cream
 6 Egg yolk
 2 Grated Parmesan
 1 Chopped basil
 4 Dried tomato

Bring the cream to a boil. Pour it over the lightly whisked egg yolks. Add the parmesan and basil. Salt if needed.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Place them in 6 ramekins. Pour the cream on top.

Finally, bake for 50 minutes at 110°C (thermostat 3).

    Good You should reduce the amount of basil that overwhelms the flavor of the sun-dried tomatoes. My suggestion: Add a bit more Parmesan and include some cured ham.

    SUPER GOOD This recipe is very easy to make and, on top of that, it's super good. Additionally, it's original. My suggestion: I served it with a small salad. I added a little more sun-dried tomatoes: at least 1 per person.

    Parmesan basil and sun-dried tomato crème brûlée A pure delight! And it's really easy too! I loved the baked Parmesan crust (even though at first I wasn't sure I wanted to make it... I think it adds something extra). I used preserved tomatoes instead of sun-dried tomatoes and I really don't regret it (much more moist!) My suggestion: use preserved tomatoes.
