Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Heat the cream with the sugar and the split vanilla pod, scraping the seeds. Add the squeezed gelatin. Mix well and distribute into cups. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the pineapple, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook for about ten minutes until the fruit caramelizes. Let it cool.
To finish, at the moment of serving, place the pineapple on the panna cotta and serve. Enjoy your treat!!!
