 100 Apple compote
 2 Egg
 12 Milk
 20 Flour
 ½ Yeast
 120 Plain oats
 60 Brown sugar
 14 Vanilla sugar
 50 Red fruits

Blend the oats. Keep a few for decoration at the end.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, applesauce, and milk. In a second mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, oat flakes, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Then mix the two preparations and distribute them into the muffin molds. Place a few berries on each muffin and add the remaining oats.
