Discover a new way to enjoy goat cheese with this delicious and indulgent crumble recipe featuring dried fruits.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the butter into pieces and mix with your fingers into the flour, breadcrumbs, and a few pinches of herbs to sand the dough.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the dough and bake for 6 minutes at 180°C (the crumble should still be light).
Cut the apricots and figs into small pieces and mix them with the crumble.
Place the cheese in an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C.
To finish, serve hot with good country bread.
