Preparation of the potatoes
Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Wash the new potatoes and cut them into quarters or halves depending on their size. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Preparation of the topping Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl, using a brush, give a light coat of oil to all the potatoes. Chop the garlic very finely and sprinkle it over the potatoes. Do the same with the grated cheese, thyme, and oregano. Finish with salt and pepper.
Cooking Bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
