Ingredients
 450 Raw milk farmhouse cheese
 8 Cured ham
 2 Potato (boiled and peeled)
 1 Cumin seeds
 Pepper
 8 White wine (Gewürztraminer)

Cut the potatoes into slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Cut the cured ham into strips.

Lightly soak the slices of bread with white wine. Spread the potatoes, cheese, and cured ham on top, season with pepper, and sprinkle with cumin seeds.

Toast the slices for a few minutes under the oven grill.
