Moroccan recipe for beef stuffed pastries.

 250 Ground beef
 1 Onion
 2 Ground coriander
 ½ Parsley
 1 Egg
 Salt
 Pepper
 Olive oil

Mix the egg with the ground meat.

Cut all the pastry sheets in half and brush them with oil.

    Too easy Very good, tasty, and easy, but be careful with the cooking, watch it closely. My suggestion: I put it in a hot oven, 180° for 15-20 minutes.

    I tried the recipe, it was quite average. Not much flavor. What a shame!

    Coriander flavor My suggestion: If you really love coriander, it's better to use it fresh in leaves with some seeds.
