Here are mini logs to get into the Christmas spirit right from the appetizer.

Ingredients
 6 smoked salmon 6 slices of sandwich bread
 1 fresh goat cheese
 50 Fresh cheese
 Salmon eggs

Flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese and the cream cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on 3 slices of bread. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and roll the slices up to form mini logs.

Spread tarama on three slices and cover with a slice of smoked salmon. Repeat the process to roll the mini logs. Tighten all the mini logs in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To finish, cover the mini logs with tarama and roll them in sesame seeds, alternating the colors: blonde or black. Keep refrigerated. At the time of serving, cut the logs in half and garnish with salmon roe. Enjoy!
