Preheat your oven to 220°C in traditional heat. Cut out circles of dough measuring 5 cm. Rework the scraps and roll out again to form new circles.
Spread the tomato sauce over each piece of dough, place the cherry tomatoes on top, and bake in the bottom of your oven for 15 minutes.
To finish, upon removing from the oven, grate half of the sheep's cheese and also place some nice shavings of cheese on top. Season with pepper.
