Here is my recipe for Easter nest cake, a rich chocolate dessert that is very indulgent and super easy and quick to make.

 150 Dark chocolate
 60 Sifted flour
 100 Sugar
 5 Free-range whole egg
 100 Melted butter
 Chocolate eggs

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or over a double boiler. Add the sugar and flour, and mix well. Beat the whole eggs. Add them to the previous mixture and whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth batter. Pour the mixture into paper baking cups. Bake for 10 minutes for small ramekins. When you take them out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

To finish, once out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool. Unmold and decorate with chocolate eggs.
