I propose a recipe for an original and very refreshing soup that can be served as either a starter or in small glasses for an appetizer.

Ingredients
 500 Melon
 1 toasted pumpkin seeds
 1 cream cheese
 1 Gomasio
 1 pinch turmeric
 salt pepper
 1 Rusk
 2 basil
 2 Olive oil

In a blender, add the cubed melon, the crispbread, olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend until a velvety texture is achieved.

To finish, pour the mixture into nice cups and refrigerate. Serve very cold, topped with a touch of fresh cheese, gomasio seeds, and a basil leaf.
