A very fresh, tasty, and original salad that will perfectly accompany a summer lunch.
After washing and trimming both ends of the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, then in half again, and then into very small cubes.
Chop the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Also cut them into small cubes.
Pour everything into a mixing bowl, squeeze the juice of the lemon and the olive oil. Add the crushed clove of garlic.
To finish, let marinate for 1 hour.
