 5 water
 100 sugar
 1 apple cider vinegar
 4 raw beets
 1 salt

Boil the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Once boiling, add the grated beets and let soak for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs until they are hard (about 7 minutes). Rinse the eggs in cold water and peel them.

Remove the beets from the cooled liquid. Add the eggs to the liquid and let rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

To finish, once the eggs are ready, spread butter on the rolls and place the egg halves on top, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a few radish sprouts.
