 8 Chicken drumstick
 1 Potato
 4 cups Thyme Lemon Marinade
 Oil
 Provençal herbs
 Flower of salt
 Whole Kampot pepper

Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix the marinade with a bit of fleur de sel, herbs de Provence, and rosemary. Add a bit of oil and mix well. Place the drumsticks in a cooking bag set in an oven-safe dish and brush them with the marinade.

Prepare the potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters or eighths, rinse them, dry them, and place them in a dish. Add a bit of herbs, flower salt, pepper, oil, and mix well.

Assembly: Place the potatoes on the chicken drumsticks, close the bag. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, open the bag being careful of the steam, and serve on plates, sprinkling a bit of pepper on top.
