Ingredients
 6 Olive oil
 2 Sherry vinegar
 2 Rosemary
 2 Bay leaf
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Chopped shallot

Mix the olive oil and vinegar with the stripped rosemary, bay leaves, crushed cloves of garlic with their skins, and the chopped shallot.

Season with salt and pepper, then pour this marinade over the meat cut into large cubes. Let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

To finish, drain the meat before grilling it.
