Ingredients
 250 Savoy cheese
 150 Smoked bacon pieces
 1 Leek
 1 Onion
 20 Liquid cream
 30 Butter
 20 Dry white wine (optional)
 Salt and pepper
 Bunch of flat-leaf parsley

Wash and slice the leek very finely.

Slice the onion.

Sauté the vegetables in a pan with butter.

When they are translucent, add the white wine and let it evaporate. Add the bacon, the cream, season with pepper, and let simmer for 15 minutes.

In the meantime: preheat your oven to 180°C. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.

Drain. Combine the macaroni with the contents of the pan and pour into a baking dish.

Cut the cheese into large cubes and sprinkle them on top of the dish.

When your oven is hot, place your tray on the top shelf, close to the heating elements, and bake for about 10 minutes.

To finish, chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top after removing from the oven. Serve this dish with a salad of spinach and arugula.
