Ingredients
 4 Raw ham
 1 Reblochon cheese
 5 White wine
 30 Salted butter
 30 Flour
 40 Milk
 ½ Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 dash Fresh cream
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions
1

Bring a volume of water to a boil in a large pot.

2

Add the macaroni and let cook for about ten minutes. Drain them and set aside.

3

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the ham into thin slices.

4

To make the béchamel, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour while continuing to stir, then add the milk. At the end of cooking, add half of a cheese cut into small pieces while continuing to stir, then add a splash of cream and set aside.

5

In a skillet, melt the butter and then add the onions and garlic. When they become translucent, deglaze with white wine and let the mixture reduce.

6

Mix the macaroni with the béchamel sauce, the onions, and the slices of cured ham.

7

Place the second half of the cheese, sliced thinly, on top.

8

Bake the dish at 200°C for 15 minutes.

9

To finish, before serving, arrange slices of cured ham on top.
