 20 Liquid cream
 200 Bacon bit
 100 Grated cheese
 2 Parsley
 1 Onion
 Nutmeg
 Salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Roll out the dough in a tart pan and make small holes in it with a fork.

Slice the onion. Place the onion and the bacon in a skillet and cook over high heat.

In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs with a fork. Add the cream and continue mixing with the fork. Add the grated cheese and then the parsley, mixing again. Season with salt, pepper, and a little grated nutmeg.

When the bacon and onions are nicely browned, add them to the previous mixture and stir.

To finish, pour the prepared mixture into the tart pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).

    For my part, I make this recipe with less cream, only 100 ml, and I replace the missing cream with semi-skimmed fresh milk. The tart is lighter...

    Excellent It was the first time I made it this way and I wasn't disappointed. However, I didn't add nutmeg because I'm not too fond of it, and I cooked it for 30 minutes instead of 20 minutes.
