Here is the original recipe for Lorraine quiche. Bacon, cheese, cream, and eggs to enjoy around a dish that can be served hot or cold.
Place the dough in the pan, prick the bottom with a fork, and bake for 10 minutes to pre-bake in a hot oven at 170°C.
Sauté the bacon in a hot pan.
Place the grated cheese at the bottom of the pastry and the bacon on top.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the nutmeg and season.
Finally, pour the mixture over the dough and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
