Enjoy these marinated chicken skewers with lemon. A perfect recipe for summer, to be cooked on a grill or barbecue.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges, then halve them before separating the different layers. Place the chicken cubes and onion pieces in a dish.
Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, herbs, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken and onions in the dish. Cover and let it refrigerate for 4 hours.
To finish, after 4 hours, make skewers alternating cubes of chicken and pieces of onion and/or lemon. Cook on the barbecue or grill. Serve as I did with Basmati rice and zucchini cooked in a pan, wok, or skillet.
