Wash and slice the leeks into rings and place them in the bowl of the food processor.
Add the diced butter and set the Thermomix to 4 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
Pour the water, salt, and pepper and set for 15 minutes on the Varoma function of the food processor at speed 2 in reverse mode.
To finish, once cooking is done, pour into another container, add the cream, and serve.
