 2 liquid cream

Cooking the leeks Remove the leek rings. Cook them for 5 minutes with a little water in the microwave, then transfer them to a skillet and add 2 tablespoons of light cream. Season with salt and pepper, then let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
