 10 Liquid cream
 125 Milk
 50 Bacon

Preheat your oven to 200/210°C for about ten minutes.

Thoroughly wash the leeks and slice them into rounds. Cook the leeks in steam or in a pan for about 10 minutes. Set them aside.

Sauté the bacon in a pan without adding any fat. Add the leeks and cook the mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. You can either include the grated cheese in this mixture or save it to sprinkle on top of the tart.

Place the pastry in a tart dish and line the bottom with the leek and bacon mixture. Pour the egg-cream-salt-pepper mixture over the bacon and leeks.

To finish, place the tart in the oven for about 30 minutes.
