This is a Japanese recipe. In Japan, every family knows the recipe for this minced meat dish. It is very light.
Chop the onion. Heat it for 2 minutes with olive oil in the microwave. Let it cool.
Mix the ground meat, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and knead by hand.
Divide into 2-3 pieces and slightly dent them to ensure they cook well on the inside.
Cook by covering the pan over moderate heat with olive oil.
Place on a plate. Do not discard the juices.
