It's an easy recipe that we enjoy introducing to the family, and it offers a twist on traditional carnival doughnuts.

 500 Flour
 150 Sugar
 4 Egg
 2 Milk
 1 Yeast
 Zested lemon rind
 Powdered sugar
 Oil

In a mixing bowl, put the eggs and sugar. Whisk everything together until you achieve a light, frothy mixture.

Add a pinch of salt, grated lemon zest, milk, and flour. Mix until you achieve a smooth dough.

To finish, add the yeast.

With a spoon, form balls of dough that you will plunge into the boiling oil.

To finish, drain the doughnuts on a paper towel and place them on a dish.

    Good recipe, I just added a bit of flour because it was too runny.
