Ingredients
 4 Organic Irish smoked salmon
 Fresh cream
 3 large peeled potatoes
 180 Whole milk
1 pinch Salt and a little extra to season the potatoes before cooking.
 1 Egg
 40 Flour
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
1 unsalted butter cut into small pieces salted butter can do the job
 Dill
 Lemon
Directions
1

Preheat your oven to 200 °C (Gas Mark 7).

2

Cut half of the potatoes into large cubes and cook in water until the potatoes are tender (about 8 minutes of cooking).

3

In the meantime, grate the remaining potatoes with a cheese grater or a knife. Season with salt and place the grated potatoes in a separate bowl.

4

When the boiled potatoes are ready, drain them and place them back in the pot with 60ml of milk.

5

When the puree is formed, add your grated potatoes and mix gently. Then add the egg, the rest of the milk, the flour, pepper, and salt into a large bowl and mix with a whisk until you achieve a smooth mixture.

6

Add the potatoes to the mixture and stir until combined.

7

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add some butter and let it melt.

8

Then pour 60 ml of your batter into the pan to form a pancake with a diameter of 10 to 15 cm.

9

Cook the cake for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until it is nicely golden. Once cooked, place your cake on a baking sheet in the oven to keep it warm.

10

To finish, repeat the action for the rest of the pancakes. Arrange a plate with smoked salmon, fresh cream, and warm pancakes, and enjoy!
